About Me

Catherine-Anne Taylor: Welcome to my Blog! Keep Life Simple is my motto. Holistic Healthy Living is my daily goal. I am a student of yoga, psychology and counselling/psychotherapy and I believe in God. Sewing, crocheting, knitting and spinning wool on a spinning wheel are fun ways in which I engage with my creative side. I find peace and stability through my Yoga practice, taking care of my pets and stepping out into nature with my husband. Having travelled extensively I am in awe of the beauty and diversity found in our wonderful world. Among other things, I enjoy a good read, great film and fabulous photography. The information I have shared on these pages and other forms of social media, is simply that which I have purposefully researched or discovered and gleaned whilst browsing.
